  • Cecilie Croissant

    LEADERSHIP

    Cecilie is the founder of Women in Community and has a passion to see the female half of the body of Christ encouraged and equipped to exercise their gifts and calling. She is a speaker, mentor, and the author of two books and has ministered in over 30 countries in open air crusades, Bible Schools, and conferences. A licensed professional counselor, Cecilie owns Path of Hope Counseling in Owasso, Oklahoma. She and her beloved John have two amazing daughters and five wonderful grandchildren.

  • Paula Derby

    LEADERSHIP

    Paula has served as an Associate Pastor, Senior Pastor, and Worship Leader. She spent many years as a lay counsellor and is a Certified Professional Life Coach, focusing on relationships, boundaries and premarital coaching. She and her husband own an Insurance Agency utilizing her background in bookkeeping and administration. Her greatest passion is helping people experience real transformation through teaching, lay counseling, mentoring and coaching. Paula and husband have been married since 1982 and have three daughters and seven grandchildren.

  • Laura Kubilis

    LEADERSHIP

    Laura is a worship leader, teacher, and writer passionate about helping women rekindle their relationship with God and live out their full purpose. A Bible school graduate with an education degree from Oral Roberts University, she values authenticity, growth, and community. Laura teaches music from her home in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, where she lives with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys gardening, meaningful conversations, and encouraging others to live their lives fully and with intentionality.

  • Mollie Eichman

    TEAM MEMBER

    Mollie is the creative force behind most of the design elements for Women in Community. In addition to helping keep the website up to date, she regularly contributes to a variety of projects within the ministry.

    Mollie’s heart is for people—her passion is helping others come to know and understand the love of Christ. She actively shares the Gospel across the nations, bringing hope to the lost and broken. When she’s not overseas, you’ll find her working alongside local ministries, using her gifts to help them fulfill the unique missions God has given them.
