Attend the Bold Venture Event: Answer the Call
Our 2024 conference will be hosted by Lee Grady, co-sponsored by Women in Community and the Bridge Church.

Join our in-depth Mentoring Program
Many women sense a calling of God on their lives, but they feel unsure as to how to move forward in the journey. In our exciting program, you will encounter God in a deeper way, learn how God brings lasting transformation in your life, and be given tools for walking out your divine purpose.

Championing Women
We celebrate the high call and identity that women have in Jesus Christ and highlight the full redemption they have as joint heirs with Him. We challenge long-held religious views that have restricted women and call on the female half of the body of Christ to arise and take their place.
Creating Connection
We emphasize life-giving community and friendship. We were never created to be on this journey alone. Only as we develop meaningful, authentic connections and partner together in committed relationships can we grow to our fullest potential and fulfill our calling in Christ. To connect is to grow.
Cultivating Leaders
Never has there been a greater need for female leaders than today. Through our multilevel mentoring program, we train and equip women for ministry and leadership in a variety of areas, including teaching, leading, and lay counseling. Additionally, we encourage women to exercise their gifts by providing opportunities for them to teach, speak, write, organize, pray, and lead.
Confronting Injustice
Through our Going Beyond Project, we endeavor to educate and awaken the body of Christ to a fuller picture of the worldwide abuse of girls and women. We believe it is time to let our voices be heard on behalf of those who suffer, and we seek to engage in projects that elevate the lives of women locally and internationally.

Today, more than ever, women are needed in every arena of life and ministry to be a voice, serve others, and affect change in the home, church, society, and world. Maybe you are a woman who feels alone in your journey to fulfill God’s call on your life, or perhaps you struggle with how to balance life’s responsibilities and still see your desires and dreams realized. We ourselves have experienced what it is to feel alone, to not be taken seriously, and to feel unsure of how to develop in our calling. God has been faithful and brought mentors our way, and now it is our turn to pass this on. Won’t you join us?
Going Beyond Project
Women in our own city, nation, and across major parts of the world are suffering under abuse, cruelty, slavery, and marginalization. Through this project, we seek to educate and awaken the body of Christ to get involved and take action.

Our online courses are designed to help you find meaningful ways to minister to others in their journey to wholeness and healing. Check out our certification program to become a Christian mental health coach!

We have a full library of blogs, videos, and our very own Learning Library, giving you access to a myriad of books, podcasts, and websites. All are designed to help you gain wisdom and understanding on what Scripture really teaches about women, how to grow, and how you can be effective in reaching others.
Join us for Unwind
Unwind is an informal evening gathering dedicated to relaxing with one another and being refreshed in the things of God. It is a time to connect with friends, enjoy coffee and treats, and share with one another around a relevant topic led by a panel of women speakers. Childcare is offered with your registration!
